Fees

For programs commencing in 2006 the standard fee is $475 and the fee for people eligible for a Centrelink or DVA concession, the fee will be $400.

In 2007 the standard fee is $495 and the concession fee will remain at $400.

Applicants claiming the Centrelink or DVA concession rate must attach a certified copy of their concession card.

Your fee must accompany your application form and must be paid before your place in the program is confirmed.

Deferral

A student who has received an offer of place in UC-PREP may apply in writing up till Friday of week 1 of semester to defer their offer to a later date. A $35 administration fee applies. Students may only defer once.

Cancellation and Refund Conditions 

We will refund the course fee if we receive written application before your class starts. A $35 administrative charge will apply. All refunds are made payable to the person who paid the fees. We reserve the right to withdraw any course. Normally we will decide on the viability of a course at least seven (7) days before it is due to start. If we withdraw a course and you are unable to choose an alternative course, we will give you a full refund. We reserve the right to alter the program at any time.

Privacy Provisions

The University of Canberra College abides by the information privacy principles set out in the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1998. The College will not disclose your personal information to others without your permission as required by law. Within the College and the University, access to your information is restricted to those staff who require it to carry out their responsibilities.
