From 2010 all approved unit outlines are being uploaded to a unit outline repository by designated people in each faculty.

Once your outline has been approved you need to give a digital copy to your faculty’s designated person for uploading to the repository. Emailing the outline is probably the best method.

When you create your LearnOnline(Moodle) site by selecting your cohort/s of students, the unit outline will be automatically be picked up from the database and added to a block on your site. Note: additional cohorts of students can be added using the Callista block on the site and this will automatically add your additional unit outline.
