UC Teaching and Learning Centre

TLC staff work collaboratively with the University through an evolving range of programs and projects.

The core and essential functions that TLC provides are leadership, support and capability building in three main program areas:

1. Academic Staff Development program - 'developing the capability of our staff'

Aim: Provide leadership in coordination of educational development that builds and maintains excellence in teaching capability of academic staff.

2. Faculty Partnership program - 'ensuring pedagogy informs our practice'

Aim: Provide leadership and support for the design and development of sustainable and pedagogically sound educational resources.

3. Learning Environments program - 'building our capacity to support educationally effective student learning environments'

Aim: Facilitate and build capacity for the effective use of current and emerging learning environments.
