Individual Consultations

The ASC can work individually with students who want personalized assistance. Appointments are available from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday. Contact ASC on 6201 2205 or visit the office in building 5A13 to make a booking.

As the semester progresses, increasing numbers of students will book appointments, so it is not advisable to wait until the last minute if you are experiencing difficulties or want advice.  Waiting times can be up to 4-5 weeks, so please book early.

If you cannot make your appointment, it is essential to let us know as soon as possible so we can reschedule your appointment to another student.

Alternatively, the ASC has two drop-in sessions every weekday during teaching weeks, from 11.30am to 12.30pm and 2.30pm to 3.30pm. These consultations are 15-20 minutes long and are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
