Unfortunately, the Study Abroad and Exchange office does not currently have an exchange agreement with any African or Middle Eastern universities.  However, you can participate in a short term program in either Morocco or Jordan through AIM Overseas and you can still study abroad in Africa or the Middle East if you find an appropriate university.  As a study abroad student, the only difference from exchange is that you will pay your tuition and fees directly to your host university.
