Orientation

Each semester begins with an International Student Orientation. This orientation introduces you to Australia, Canberra and UC. During the orientation you are provided with the assistance and advice needed to enrol in your subjects and tutorial groups. There are information sessions that cover all aspects of student life, from the academic, social, sports, through to health and legal matters. The international student orientation is designed to help you settle into your new life at UC and adjust to being in Australia.

After orientation the Study Abroad and Exchange Officer will continue to assist you with your study program and be on hand to provide any other assistance or advice you may need.

Alex Griffin"The University of Canberras Study Abroad and Exchange Program integrates you really well into Australian culture. There is a friendly, social atmosphere about the campus and the small class sizes allowed me to receive the attention I needed during my study at UC.

I gained friendships, independence, perseverance and had the chance to travel around Australia with UCs program. Australia is a really nice place and I will be leaving with many good memories."
