Student Accommodation
The UC University Residences (called 'Ressies') are set in landscaped native gardens where you can watch kangaroos graze at dusk. You are a short walk from the main campus and from the shopping mall. Ressies is a vibrant, supportive, multi-cultural community which gives you the opportunity to develop international friendships and broaden your understanding of cultures other than your own.
Most of the study abroad and exchange students choose to live in this lively community close to shopping malls, markets and movie theatres and to nature reserves, cycling and jogging tracks.
The Residential Services site has more information about UC Ressies. Please apply for your student housing through University of Canberra Village (CLV).
"I decided to study at the University of Canberra because they had a great academic program for business. While studying here I learnt a lot about the Australian culture and loved the fact that I would wake up to kangaroos just outside my room.
It was a great experience and I became more independent and confident. I met many amazing people who I share irreplaceable memories with."
