To help University of Canberra Staff use Callista, we offer various training sessions:

• Callista Inquiry Training is designed to cover:
  • the Callista Student Management System (SMS);
  • the general concepts behind Callista;
  • the basic techniques and practices required to affectively operate the system;
  • an overview of the Callista Inquiry Forms;
  • an overview of the Callista Reports and Jobs functionality and
  • How to use Staff Connect.

• Callista Speciality training is a catered module functionality workshop for groups of staff which is run upon request, please contact us directly to discuss your needs at sass@canberra.edu.au. 

Register for Callista Training

• To view available Callista training please go to Training Registration. You must register at least one day in advance for all sessions.
• If you are unable to attend the available training sessions, please contact us at sass@canberra.edu.au and we will make an alternative training session available to suit your needs.
• If you have registered and find you cannot attend, please advise us at sass@canberra.edu.au as places are limited.

Location of Training

Training is held in the Library, building 8. The sessions are run in Training Room 5 which is located on Level A (basement), to see a map of how to get to this area please go to the Libraries website Library Map Levels A & B.
