Callista Training
To help University of Canberra Staff use Callista, we offer two training sessions - Callista Inquiry Training and Callista Specialty Training.
Callista Inquiry Training
This session covers:
- the Callista Student Management System (SMS)
- the general concepts behind Callista
- the basic techniques and practices required to affectively operate the system
- an overview of the Callista Inquiry Forms
- an overview of the Callista Reports and Jobs functionality
- how to use Staff Connect.
Callista Speciality Training
This is a catered module functionality workshop for groups of staff that is run upon request. Please contact the Student Systems Support Team to discuss your needs.
Register for Callista Training
To view available Callista training please go to Training Registration. You must register at least one day in advance for all sessions.
If you are unable to attend the available training sessions, please contact the Students Systems Support Team and we will make an alternative training session available to suit your needs.
If you have registered and find you cannot attend, please advise the Students Systems Support Team as places are limited.
Location of Training
Training is held in the Library, building 8. The sessions are run in Training Room 5 which is located on Level A (basement), to see a map of how to get to this area please see Library Map Levels A B.
