Your ‘Statement of Account’ details all Tuition fees, Overseas Health Cover (OSHC) or HECS-HELP liablities payable to UC for the relevant teaching period. This statement details the nature of your fees, the amount and method of payment, as well as the payment deadline. If the amount is incorrect please contact the Student Centre prior to the payment deadline and before attempting to pay.

Statements will start being produced from December 2008. Once you are enrolled a Statement of Account will be produced and will be available via OSIS. You must ensure that you access your statement before fees are due in order to pay by the deadline.

Payments may be made at any Australia Post Office or Agency, on-line at www.postbillpay.com.au  or over the phone by calling (within Australia) 13 18 16.

You are liable to pay the full unit fee if you withdraw after the teaching period census date.
