Withdrawal of Units
Domestic students can withdraw units using MyUC until the system cut-off date for the appropriate teaching period which is set as the last Friday of the teaching period prior to exams commencing. Once MyUC has closed for the withdrawal of units you will need to complete a Unit Registration Form available from the Student Centre to withdraw units. Unit withdrawal may effect Centrelink benefits/allowances if this applies to you, please contact Centrelink for advice prior to withdrawing.
International students must complete a unit registration form signed by an International Student Adviser to withdraw from enrolled units.
You are liable to pay the full unit fees if you withdraw after the Teaching Period Census Date.
Teaching Period S1 and S2

If you withdraw from your units between these dates the unit will not appear on your transcript |
| Week 5 - week 9 |
If you withdraw from your units between these dates a W/D result will be recorded and will appear on your transcript and you will be liable for any HECS-HELP or FEE-HELP liability or tuition fees |
| Week 10 - week 14 |
If you withdraw from your units between these dates a W/D Fail result will be recorded and will appear on your transcript and you will be liable for any HECS-HELP or FEE-HELP liability or tuition fees |
