The Enrolments, Fees and Scholarships Office facilitates the enrolment of students once they have been accepted into the University, and that of continuing students.
Once enrolled the University predominately communicates with students via their UC student email account.
Any queries in relation to Admission processess, should be directed to ASKUC.
2008 Enrolment information
If you are a continuing student there are 7 steps that you need to complete to finalise your enrolment for 2008.
Step 1 Nominate Your Payment Option
Submit your request for Commonwealth Assistance application form
Applicable to all Australian students in a Commonwealth Supported place (including continuing HECS students), and any students liable for tuition fees.
Submit your request for FEE-HELP Assistance application form
Only applicable to Postgraduate Australian Coursework students in a fee-paying course or Udergraduate fee paying students who wish to access FEE-HELP in 2008 (previously PELS and BOTPLS).
Step 2 Government Statistics
All students should keep the Government Statistics Form up to date each year for DEST purposes.
Step 3 Determine Your Study Program and Enrol on OSIS
Course outlines are available at www.canberra.edu.au/uc/hb/handbook/index.html Course Conveners can provide additional help deciding your study program.
Step 4 Session Selection (tutes, pracs, etc)
Submit preferences for tutorial, lab, workshop sessions on OSIS (if applicable to your units).
Step 5 Addresses
Ensure your addresses are recorded correctly on OSIS.
Step 6 ID Cards and Travel Concession
Travel concessions are only available for some students.
Step 7 Paying Your Fees
Ensure you access your Statement of Account via OSIS in order to pay any outstanding fees for the relevant teaching period's study program prior to the due date, Friday of week 1 or as per the date on your Statement of Account.
