Academic Transcript
An Academic Transcript is a statement detailing a student’s entire academic history at the University of Canberra. It includes grades for each unit undertaken; the date of completion of any course of study and conferral dates as well as any prizes awarded the student. Each student will be sent an Academic Transcript, free of charge, in the weeks after their graduation.
How to get an Academic Transcript
In person:
If you go to the Student Centre with your student ID card and pay $10.00 for the first transcript ordered and $5.00 for each additional transcript ordered at the same time, Client Service Officers will print your Academic Transcript will be printed while you wait.

How much does it cost?
An Academic Transcript costs $10.00 for the first transcript ordered and $5.00 for each additional transcript ordered at the same time. To have it faxed or posted within Australia and overseas will be free of charge.
We accept cash, Visa, and MasterCard as well as money orders and cheques made out in Australian Dollars.
How long will it take?
In person at the Student Centre is almost instant! Each request received via fax or post is generally processed within 7 days. It may take longer during particularly busy periods or if a request form is not clearly completed. The University of Canberra takes no responsibility for postal delivery times. Nor can we be responsible for deadlines imposed by other institutions or organisations.
Urgent Treatment Service
If you require your transcript to be processed promptly an urgent service is available at an additional cost of $10 (Domestic Express Post - Capital City to Capital City only) and $30 (International Courier - street address only. Not PO Box). Urgent treatment service requests are usually processed within one working day.
