Higher Education Reforms

In 2002, the Australian Government conducted a review of Australia's higher education system. The reforms are outlined in the Higher Education Support Act 2003 (HESA) and have resulted in changes to the Higher Education Contribution Scheme (HECS) and the Postgraduate Education Loan Scheme (PELS). The information that is contained on this web-site is correct at the time of publishing. However, there may be amendments that will apply at the time of enrolment.
