Supplementary Applications
The Supplementary Forms will need to be submitted to the Student Centre in Building 1 or emailed to: admissions@canberra.edu.au
Please make note of your UAC or UC reference number and full name on the Forms.
The following courses require additional information:
Bachelor Degrees with Honours
All Bachelor with Honours courses may require you to submit an Honours Supplementary Application Form (PDF format)
- A Supplementary Form (PDF Format) must be completed as well as your UAC application.
- Additional information on the Bachelor of Midwifery is also available.
Students who are applying for an official student placement in the critical care units within ACT Health may need to fill in an additional Supplementary Form.
Undergraduate Diploma in Languages
- If you wish to take this Diploma concurrently with your degree, you must also submit a supplementary form for the Diploma course.
Postgraduate courses requiring additional information:
Graduate Diploma in Professional Writing and Master of Creative Writing Applicants must supply a creative writing portfolio containing 3-4 pieces of writing sent to the University of Canberra not to UAC.
Graduate Diploma in Dietetics and Master of Nutrition and Dietetics
- Supplementary Form (PDF Format) must be completed as well as your UAC application.
Graduate Certificate in Critical Care Nursing and Graduate Diploma in Critical Care Nursing and Graduate Diploma in Midwifery
- Students who are applying for an official student placement in the critical care units within ACT Health may need to fill in an additional Supplementary Form.
- A Supplementary Form (PDF Format) must be completed as well as your UAC application.
In order for the application to be considered for admission, applicants must provide evidence of successful completion, preferably within the last 10 years, of a four-year sequence in psychology that is accredited by the Australian Psychology Accreditation Council (APAC) and approved by the Australian Psychological Society (APS), or its equivalent, so that the applicant is eligible for Associate Membership of the Australian Psychological Society and registration with the ACT Psychologists' Board.

Once the determination on the students qualifications has been received from the Society please forward these to the University of Canberra Admissions Office.
