Accept Your Offer - International Students

Accepting Your Offer - Your Next Steps

Step 1 Visa Advice

The Australian diplomatic mission in your home country can give you current and detailed information on visa procedures. For further information and the location of the nearest Australian Embassy/Consulate please visit www.diac.gov.au

Step 2 Accept your Offer

In order to accept your offer, you must provide the Admissions Office with the following:

  • Signed Acceptance of Offer Declaration which is included with your Offer Letter
  • Evidence you have met all the conditions as outlined in your Offer Letter
  • Payment (either directly to us or through your local representative who assisted with your application process) of the Total Fees Payable stated in the Offer Letter, in Australian Dollars by either of the methods outlined below.

Please include evidence of payment with your signed Acceptance of Offer Declaration.

Step 3 Payment

Option 1

Arrange for the correct amount in Australian dollars and include any bank fees, to be transferred to:

Please include your student ID number as listed on your Offer Letter with your transfer.

Option 2

You can make payment by International Bank Cheque in Australian dollars, payable to the University of Canberra and sent to the Admissions Office, University of Canberra, ACT 2601 Australia.

Step 4 Electronic Confirmation of Enrolment

Once we have received the above documentation including confirmation of payment, we will send you an electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCOE) which is required to obtain your student visa. Note: eCOEs will not be issued unless all conditions have been met and the Total Fees Payable as stated in your Offer Letter have been paid.
