If you have a room available for rent or would like to offer students the opportunity of share accommodation, please advertise these opportunities here. Please note that we do not accept single tenancy advertisements (e.g. granny flats, one bedroom units) unless the weekly rent is a reasonable amount that a student could afford.
We would be grateful if you could advise us when your property is fully tenanted (Please contact the Database Administrator). If no contact is made, advertisements will be removed after a period of four weeks.

They indicate they would like to rent the place immediately without seeing it. Known alias' used include 'John Morris', 'Jenny Morris' and 'Sarah Jackson' and 'David Smith'. These are not genuine requests. Please follow this link to view an example of this scam letter.
