FLATMATE WANTED FOR THREE BEDROOM HOUSE

We are two young students looking for a clean, respectful, reliable housemate.  The house is in a lovely neighbourhood, close to the Belconnen Mall and  University of Canberra.  The spare room we are looking to fill is a good size, but does not come with any furniture and it does not have a built in robe.  There is one bathroom, which we will all share.  The price is $125 per week, plus bills and doing our own thing for food and meals.  We like to keep the place neat and tidy, so being a clean person is a must!
