SERC Spatial Reasoning Conference

The STEM Education Research Centre Spatial Reasoning Conference will take place from January 30 - February 1, 2018 at QT Canberra.

The conference will feature keynote addresses from Professor Nora Newcombe (Temple University), Professor Mary Hegarty (University of California, Santa Barbara) and Associate Professor Maria Kozhevnikov (National University of Singapore/Harvard Medical School). Read their profiles here.

A workshop will be run by Professor David Uttal (Northwestern University) and a technology workshop will be run by Professor Rob Fitzgerald (Director of the Inspire Centre, University of Canberra).

The Conference will be chaired by Professor Tom Lowrie, head of the University of Canberra SERC team.

Abstracts (no more than 300 words) are invited for research presentations, lightning talk sessions and a poster exhibition. Please register your interest to present by contacting the organising committee at serc@canberra.edu.au by 10th October 2017.

Registration closes on 1st December, 2017 (early registration ends 31st October).
