You may be aware that during July 2011, various Business Units will be relocating to the Scrivener Building, a 15 minute walk from UC Campus.

The Research Students’ Office (RStO) responsibilities relate to the administration of research students, therefore the team will be co-located with the Student Administration Unit, as has been the case for the past 3 years.

Access to the staff and their support will continue.

Drop-in Sessions (for candidates and supervisors)

Each Friday from the 8 July, Gavin Page, HDR Policy and Communication Officer, will be available on campus in the Teaching Commons (above the UC refectory in Building 1) to clarify any questions you have in regard to your candidature or supervision.  He will be there 12.30pm – 2pm.

Make an appointment anytime Monday – Friday or come to the counter between 10am – 3pm

Thesis Submission

Please make an appointment time when submitting your thesis to have your questions and concerns clarified.  Email postgrad.research@canberra.edu.au to make a time.

We will have skype available by the end of July, so feel free to utilise this service.  Please email us in advance so we can set up the camera!
