Surveys and Feedback
The Planning and Quality unit is responsible for administering surveys at the university. Survey information is used to monitor and improve stakeholder satisfaction. The University uses this feedback to identify areas of good practice and areas where further improvement is needed. Surveys are also an important part of the University’s Quality and Standards Framework in terms of providing information to support continuous improvement.
