Service Level Agreements
The University implemented Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for the first time in 2010. The aim of introducing SLAs was to align services provided by administrative units with the needs of academic areas the University.
SLAs are also used to review administrative units, as they:
- Outline the services provided by the administrative units to the faculties and students
- Match relevant Key Performance Indicators used to measure service quality
- Specify targets and the delegate responsible for action.
Performance against SLA’s is also measured by responses received via the Staff Services Survey.
