To provide information and advice to University management and outside bodies, based on the application of quantitative and qualitative analysis of data.

University of Canberra Statistical Summary Data

Links provided below for “External Access” are updated annually and use Microsoft Excel Pivot Tables that can be used to access a wide range of information dynamically. If any additional information is required, please get in contact with one of the staff members listed below.

There are two options, clicking on the pivot table link will open the pivot table in your internet browser, or, by right-clicking the pivot table link and choosing 'Save Target As...' you can save the pivot table to your computer to work with it.

After opening the pivot table, you will be presented with a list of dropdown boxes for the various fields listed in the Content part of the pivot table list. Drop down boxes can be used to select the information required, with a running total calculated at the bottom of the list as each field is selected. The Field names can also be dragged around and re-arranged to create breakdowns of the total displayed at the bottom.
