Nutrition and Dietetics Clinic

This service aims to provide Master of Nutrition and Dietetics students with the opportunity to gain hands on experience by providing personalised service including:

  • Dietary assessment
  • Dietary advice and counselling
  • Resources, eating plans and recipes
  • Body Composition Analysis
  • Group activities and classes

The Nutrition and Dietetics Clinic also specialises in:

  • Chronic disease management including cancer, heart disease, type 2 diabetes and obesity
  • Weight loss management
  • Nutrition in pregnancy
  • Irritable Bowel Syndrome
  • Healthy weight gain

The Clinic can help you achieve:

  • Improved vitality and health
  • Enjoyment of meals
  • Nutrition knowledge
  • Food preparation skills

The clinic provides a student led service at a minimal cost ($30 or $20 for concession rate) where student dietitians are supervised by an Accredited Practicing Dietitian.

As services are provided by students under supervision, no rebate is available through private health funds, Medicare or third party providers.
