Marketing and International have University of Canberra banners and tablecloths available for hire to University staff for events and presentations.

To hire a banner or a tablecloth please contact marketing@canberra.edu.au and provide the following information:

• Name
• Faculty
• Number of banners required
• Event or activity
• Extension number
• Cost centre
• Date and time of pick up and return

Banners and tablecloths are free to hire. Cost centre details are only required in case of damage. Your cost centre will be charged for the cost of repair or replacement.

Tablecloths need to be washed or dry cleaned prior to return, if they are dirty. Your cost centre will be charged for the cost of dry cleaning if tablecloths are soiled. University tablecloths can be washed in a normal washing machine. Please do not tumble dry.

All hired resources must be picked up and returned to the Scrivener Building at the specified time negotiated when the booking is made.

Bookings are essential. Due to limited quantities there is no guarantee that banners or tablecloths will be available.
