Request Publications Here

Each year the Marketing and International Brand and Publishing team design and produce over 400 publications for faculties and units across the University.

Due to the large number of requests we receive we ask that you please take note of the following timeframes and requirements (as stated more fully in our Printing and Advertising Guidelines) when lodging your Publications Request Form:

  • Fliers/brochures/handout: approx 10 working days for design proof. 2-5 working days for external printing.
  • Small booklets approx 8-20pp inc cover: approx 10-15 working days for design proof. 5-10 working days for external printing.
  • Large publications and guides 20pp+: requires client meeting to determine timeframe.

Please note: the above timeframes are subject to change during periods of high demand. Timeframes are dependent on the provision of all relevant information by the faculty or unit, including draft text/copy, at the time the request is lodged.
