If you take photographs or videos etc. of people, either individually or in small groups, who are clearly identifiable then you cannot use the photographs in any University publications or web site, or publish them in any other form, either print or digital, without a photo permission form signed by the individuals concerned. Exceptions are when you are recording images of formed groups (eg. Sporting teams, committee members) and have been commissioned to do so for a particular purpose.

This form makes it clear that you have been given permission to use these photos and the circumstances in which they may be used. It should be used when photographing anybody, students, staff or visitors at UC.
