Document Services Library Registration Form

Document Services supplies materials to libraries worldwide. Any libraries not using Libraries Australia Document Delivery (LADD) must first register with us in order to request loans and copies. We do not accept requests via fax, email or post. To register your library for our service, please complete the form below. You will be advised of your username and password, and given a link to the request form within two business days.
