Advanced research skills training (RefWorks and EndNote)

See the RefWorks and EndNote web pages for further information.

Literature reviews

A literature review is a description of the literature relevant to a particular field or topic. This is often written as part of a postgraduate thesis proposal, or at the commencement of a thesis.  Your Faculty Liaison Librarian can assist you to find the best resources for your Literature Review.

Borrowing from UC Library and other Libraries

UC staff, Honours, Masters and PhD students can borrow books from the UC general collection for an extended period of 90 days. (This extended loan period does not apply to Graduate Diploma students). Items are subject to earlier recall, however, if reserved by another user.

We have negotiated reciprocal access agreements with a range of local ACT libraries, including special visiting and borrowing privileges for our staff, PhD, masters and honours students. Refer to the following guides: Access to Libraries in ACT and Access to Interstate University Libraries.
