EndNote Connect Files An alphabetical list of connect files is available. More connect files will be added as they are created. To download connect files from the list, click on the file you require. A save window should appear, and you need to save the file to the connect folder in EndNote. If a save box doesn't appear, return to the list and hold down the <shift> key while you click on the file you need.NOTE: Database connection files can access databases and filter results into EndNote, however some items found in your search may not be filtered into EndNote correctly. This is due to inconsistencies in some database records. Please check your records for correctness and completeness and report any difficulties. Databases That Don't Need Connect FilesThere are many databases that do not need connect files. These databases allow you to save items directly to EndNote. This allows you to use the sophisticated search engine of the database and to save items to EndNote easily and without corruption of data.
