LNAU licence agreement

The LexisNexis AU licence agreement does not allow the use of university subscriptions by students and lecturers for non-academic or commercial research purposes. This includes:

  • Students using their academic access to university LNAU services in order to conduct research for law firms;
  • Lecturers using their academic access to university LNAU services in order to conduct research for their corporate work (in the case of part-time lecturers);
  • Ex-students and alumni accessing university LNAU services (whether through student access not being restricted on graduating, or through a proactive alumni benefit program).
(I acknowledge that I am not breaching the terms of the  licence agreement)
