High performance sports teams are now placing more emphasis on technology and data in order to assist coaching staff to develop tactics, appropriate training loads and achieve individual and team performance goals. This degree is taught by academics currently active in this environment, so you’ll not only develop the skills to deliver these results but gain contemporary, evidence-based training.
Domestic students and International students
Work-integrated learning (WIL) is learning first-hand through real work or work-like experiences. WIL is a key element to enhancing employability in the workplace and is integral to many of our courses. This reinforces our commitment to preparing professional and highly employable graduates with the right mix of skills and knowledge.
Students must have completed a Bachelor degree (or higher) in the fields of exercise science, sports studies, human movement or a scientific or data science field OR
have completed a Bachelor degree (or higher) in an unrelated discipline and have evidence of relevant experience OR submitted a proposal and formal application, demonstrating evidence of substantial relevant industry experience over a sustained period.
On graduation you will be eligible to apply for an International Society of Performance Analysis in Sport (ISPAS) accreditation.
