Our Bachelor of Management will teach you what it takes to be an effective manager in today's world. As well as learning key skills in the areas of critical thinking, data interpretation, teamwork, communication and leadership we will teach you the broader social and political context in which to apply them. You will graduate equally confident to manage in the private, public and not for profit sectors.

Work-integrated learning (WIL) is all about learning first-hand through real work or work-like experiences. At UC it is an essential component of most of our courses and reinforces our commitment to preparing highly employable graduates with the right mix of skills and knowledge. Throughout your course you will have the opportunity to engage in WIL via internships, clinical placements, industry and community projects, professional mentoring and simulated workplace settings.
