The Bachelor of Health Science is a great introduction to the health industry and is designed to help you gain employment in a health related area. It offers a broad-based introduction to health science in areas such as public health policy, psychology, nutrition, anatomy and indigenous health. You can choose to take your degree in a number of directions by majoring in subjects such as pre-physiotherapy, pharmaceutical science, nutrition, applied psychology, health and physical education, counselling or midwifery.

Throughout your course you will have the opportunity to engage in WIL via internships, clinical placements, industry and community projects, professional mentoring and simulated workplace settings.
The Bachelor of Health Science is a flexible degree that you tailor to suit your needs and interests. Depending on which major you study you can choose to go onto further study in physiotherapy, pharmacy, nutrition, dietetics, exercise science, nursing, occupational therapy, psychology, counselling or even honours.
