Scholarships

The University of Canberra has a variety of scholarships available, including those specifically for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students (see below). We encourage our students to apply for as many as possible, including non-Indigenous scholarships.

Equity Scholarships include

  • the Commonwealth Scholarships Program (CS) for Indigenous Students, established and funded by the Australian Government,
  • University of Canberra Equity Scholarships which are funded by donations or sponsorship. They are awarded to university students who are experiencing difficulty with the cost of living and studying. These financial difficulties arise from having limited income and lots of expenses including accommodation costs.

Scholarships for Indigenous Students

Please note: the following scholarships are available only to Indigenous students. These are in addition to all other scholarships on offer to all undergraduate students which you may also apply for.
