The ICT Service Desk provides assistance with:

  • Software and hardware faults
  • Use of all installed Microsoft software
  • OSIS and OPUS
  • Printing and general network facilities (Building 10).

ICT staff provide support for all other software installed on computer workstations in Building 10 where possible, however students may be referred to their Lecturer/Tutor for assistance.

Note: Service Desk staff may refuse assistance to students if it is suspected that the request may be fulfilling an assessable component of a student's course requirements.
