ITM Advisory - Email services and Unsolicited Email Wednesday 23rd of March
The University community is again reminded that it is frequently the target of emails that request users to verify account login/password.
Any email requesting confirmation of any account credentials must be assumed to be FRAUDULENT, and should be deleted immediately.
Important: If you replied to an email requesting your UC login/password credentials please call the ITM Service Desk on ext. 5500 to have your password changed immediately.
ITM Advisory : Disruption to OPUS & Password issuing application - 11th Mar Friday
The University is currently experiencing a disruption to OPUS access & password issuing services. Remediation work for a timely resolution is underway.
Update notifications will be issued on further developments.
ITM Service Advisory - Network Services Restored across campus - 4th March 2011
Network services have been fully restored across the entire campus.
ITM Service Advisory - Network Outage in Buildings 1, 8, 18 and 22 - 3rd March 2011
The campus is currently experiencing intermittent network interruptions, with substantial loss of network services in Buildings 1, 8, 18 and 22.
