On the keyboard press Ctrl+Alt+Delete keys at the same time.

Then click OK.

You should now have a logon screen that asks for a Username, Password and Log on to.

• Where it says Username – type in your current student id number preceded by a lowercase u e.g. u123456 (Undergrad or Postgrad student) or cc12345 (Canberra College) or el12345 (Elicos)
• Where it says Password type in the password issued to you from the Services Desk or the Library (also referred to as a Network Password).
• Where it says Log on to you MUST have UCSTUDENT selected. If it is not then click on the down arrow next to the box and choose it.
• Click OK

The system will now log you in – be patient as it may take a minute or two to load.
