Audiovisual (AV) equipment services to Category A teaching rooms include centralised video replay, audio recording, equipment set-up and assistance with operation of audiovisual equipment. These services are located in the Computer Centre, Building 10.

NOTE: Students cannot borrow equipment from Audio Visual Services.

It is the responsibility of the lecturer or tutor to arrange with Audio Visual Services for the loan of any equipment required for student presentations or course work. The only AV service available to students is the screening of videos in category A lecture and tutorial rooms.

8.15am - 8.45pm  Monday to Thursday during Semester

8.15am - 5.00pm  Friday during Semester

8.45am - 4.30pm  Monday to Friday outside Semester

Bookings

This service is available to university staff only. Bookings should be made by calling extension 5505 or by emailing the Audio Visual Booking Co-ordinator.

All services must be booked at least 24 hours in advance during semester and 7 days in advance for services outside semester. Services outside semester depend on staff availability and cannot always be guaranteed.

Notification of any cancellations should be made as soon as possible.
