Voicemail Services

If your handset has a message waiting light, the light will indicate when there are Voicemail messages waiting for your extension. A change in the dial tone also indicates messages waiting.
To use your phone as an answering machine, you must personalise your Voicemail and set up call forward options to transfer your calls to Voicemail (ext 2233) when required (always, on no answer or when busy).
To access the Voicemail system dial 2233.
An online guide to Voicemail is available. A Voicemail Quick Reference Card and User Documentation are also available and can be obtained from the Switchboard. If you have any problems using the system, contact the Switchboard Supervisor on extension 5101.
