Maintenance Windows
The Maintenance Windows are times which are available for maintenance on ICT Servers & Networks. Services that can be affected include:
- Internet Access
- File Sharing
- Email/Calendar
- Corporate Applications
- Web Applications
- Network Connectivity
The maintenance window times are:
- Servers: 9pm - 12 midnight Monday to Thursday and any time on weekends with prior notification of two days.
- Network: 7am - 8:30am Tuesday to Thursday and any time on weekends with prior notification of two days.
Notification will be provided here in advance for planned outages. Advice on unplanned outages will be provided here as soon as possible.
