The University of Canberra is able to offer to staff a tax effective opportunity to tailor their remuneration to suit their individual needs, subject to conditions outlined within the University of Canberra Academic, General and UCELI staff Agreement 2009-2012.
Childcare and UniSuper Superannuation
The University of Canberra offers salary packaging for the following through its super office.
- Unisuper superannuation
- Wiradjuri Preschool & Child Care, and
- Kirinari Early Childhood Centre childcare

Cars and Non-UniSuper Superannuation
The University of Canberra has partnered with NLC Pty Ltd to enable staff to choose the way they wish to receive remuneration by packaging salary.
Salary Packaging through NLC can be used for novated car leases.
