To find the 2011 results log into the MyUC Staff Portal, select the Working@UC tab, go to the Corporate Services section, and select the Staff Surveys option.

Voice is a valuable tool for tracking staff views and levels of satisfaction across a wide range of indicators. It also measures our performance over time and in comparison with other universities and professions in Australia.

Themes covered by the survey include organisational direction and objectives, staff perceptions of University values and ethics, cross-unit cooperation, University facilities, motivation and communication.

The responses help us understand and build on our strengths, as well as pinpoint areas of opportunity for improvement.
