QLP - Quality Leadership Profile 360 Degree Feedback for Senior Leaders

The QLP was developed at the Queensland University of Technology, and is based on over six years of research into leadership and management within Higher Education. It is a leadership survey designed to provide the Senior Leaders (respondents) with feedback on their leadership behaviour from their direct manager, their peers and their staff. The results are confidentially debriefed to the respondent, interpreted with a view to improving the respondent's leadership practice.

QLP process is run every two years at the University of Canberra. In 2012 the QLP Survey will run from 20th February - 2nd March. This process is coordinated by the Organisational Development Unit with Human Resources.
