On-line Induction and Orientation

The University of Canberra has an on-line Induction training course as part of the overall Induction and Orientation package.

To register and complete this course please follow the instructions below. 

For new user registrations:

  1. Access the UC Online Induction Course.
  2. In the 'New User Registration' box enter your UC email address and the security code  Click the Register button on the home page.
  3. Enter the Registration Security Code (eromde20138) into the Security Code field then click Submit.
  4. You will then be taken to a screen to confirm your email address, once you have done that you will be guided through the rest of the registration process to enter the password you want to use for training, first and last name and the area you work in (division and department).
  5. When all details are complete, click Next.
  6. You will then be taken to a registration confirmation screen where you will be asked to log in using your UC email and newly registered password.

Registration confirmation

For previously registered staff to login:

To access the training, enter the email address and password you registered with.

To login:

  1. Access the UC Online Induction Course.
  2. Click in the Email field and enter your UC email address.
  3. Press Tab or click in the Password field and enter your training password.
  4. Click the Login button.

 

If you have forgotten your password, click the link 'Forgot Your Password' to request a new password.

Note:  The new password will be sent to the email address entered in your registration details.

What to do if you have difficulties accessing the course:

If you have difficulties in registering please contact Edmore User Support using the link on their login page or hrorgdevelopment@canberra.edu.au for assistance.

Please note: It has come to our attention that some staff are having difficulty accessing the content of the course once they have logged in. If this is the case for you please check that you do not have more than one version of Adobe Flash installed on your machine. ServiceDesk should be able to help you with this.
