Cost

Counselling with OSA Group through the EAP is free of charge for up to 3 sessions (including phone sessions) to eligible staff of the University of Canberra and their immediate families. In some situations, as a result of using the EAP the counsellor may suggest further specialised counselling or other services that may be of benefit. In such a situation, every effort will be made to recommend a service that is free, covered by health insurance, or has a fee-scale based on the employee’s ability to pay.

In special circumstances approval may be given for a further 2 sessions.  Approval may be given by the Manager of the Health & Safety Office only after consultation and consent by all parties.
