If an evacuation to the outside is appropriate, the nominated assembly areas for personnel shall be far enough away from the building, structure or workplace to ensure that, where practicable, everyone is protected from falling glass and other objects.

In the event of any emergency where total evacuation is necessary, the following locations have been designated as assembly areas where students, faculty, staff, and visitors are to report once they have evacuated a building. Everyone is to remain at the designated location until released by emergency management personnel.
