Clients go into Moodle and launch the OHS Induction training module, but get a warning message about not having the resolution equal or higher than 1024 x 768.
Error ID:
If the desktop resolution is higher than 1024 x 768, then the issue is most likely due to having Internet Explorer 8 zoom set to a level that is not 100%.

Check that the resolution is higher than 1024 x 768.
If you are using Internet Explorer 8, then ensure that the zoom level (bottom right corner) is set to 100%.
