Flu Vaccinations
2012 On-Site Flu Vaccination Program
The University provides the Influenza Vaccination free to University staff on campus. Corporate Medical Options will provide qualified staff to inform on medical consent, check allergy status, and administer the injection.
There is an on-line booking system for University of Canberra through Corporate Medical Options. Please find below the links to use to access it. The Links will take everyone straight to the appointment calendar. This system provides a printable booking confirmation as well as reminders of their booking prior to the clinic date.
This year you must provide your Medicare details when making a booking and staff are reminded to fill in your details correctly when making a booking as an incorrect email will result in you not receiving the conformation email.
The CMO VaxVan will be located in front of Building 10 to administer the Flu Vaccinations.

Wednesday 18th April from 9:00pm-3:30pm

For vaccinations outside the program:
For those staff members who are unable to attend on campus allocated clinic dates, Corporate Medical Options provides in Canberra, in-house clinics which will be held on a regular basis. This option will be available until the 29th of April.
Staff must present their staff cards as proof of being a University of Canberra staff member.
Vaccinations not done by Corporate Medical Option will not be reimbursed by the University.
