"Roaming Relaxation" : Mobile Corporate Massages
Are you feeling "Stresses and Tense" then you need to "Relax and Revive"
The Faculty of Health: Health Clinics have a Massage Therapist operating here on campus.
Beth Scott (t/a) "Roaming Relaxation" is offering a Mobile Corporate Massage Service to UC staff.
"Relax & Revive" is a seated massage service at your workstation aimed at providing maximum relief in a limited time.
There are three massage options to choose between that target specific areas these include:
Option 1: Neck & Shoulders
Option 2: Arms & Hands
Option 3: Feet & lower legs
The sessions are 15 minutes in duration and will cost $20 (payment by cash only at this stage).
Sessions are currently scheduled weekly on a Tuesday commencing from 12:30pm.
What do staff need to do?
1. To assist Beth in providing this roaming service it is requested that staff consult with other colleagues in their work groups to see who would like to take up this fantastic initiative.
A minimum of 4 massage bookings is required with a maximum total of 7 allocated. It is essential that staff are located within the same work area (e.g. in one building preferably same floor) to minimise travel time for Beth and optimise efficiency of the service.
2. Once you have a group established bookings can be made by contacting the:

You will be required to provide the following information for all staff wanting a massage:
- Name of the service required (i.e Mobile Corporate Massage)
- Full Name
- Name of Faculty or Business Unit
- Location: (Building, Level & Room e.g. 1C18)
- Phone number
- Alternate phone number if applicable (e.g. mobile)
3. Staff are required to complete the Roaming Relaxation client information sheet prior to their massage.
Staff will receive reminder SMS or courtesy phone call 24 hrs in advance of their booking.
Staff are also asked to be patient and courteous if Beth is running late, it may take a while for her to get acquainted with all the building and room locations.
