What is Manager Assist?

Converge International's Manager Assist program enables managers to telephone Converge International to discuss a workplace issue that may be preventing them and their staff from achieving necessary outputs.

This service is particularly useful for managers who understand the benefits of speaking in confidence with external professionals about serious and complex workplace issues.

When should managers use the service?

Managers can access the service initially by telephone and later by face-to-face meetings when they would like to confirm an intended strategy, require suggestions for a specific course of action, or wish to debrief after a difficult process.

Managers can choose between one-off contact, intensive involvement or a planned short-term process, depending on individual needs.

The service is provided on a one-on-one basis between the manager and a qualified and experienced Converge International consultant.
